" We received absolutely devastating news yesterday that End Space was removed from the Sony PlayStation Store after a problem with the ESRB certificate. According to ESRB this is the first time they have heard of this happening and Sony taking this action. Lee and I are saddened by having our launch day destroyed by this and not being able to get End Space into your hands. As of yet we don't have a ETA and are waiting to hear back from Sony."

This is why I buy physical discs when available and shun online only games unless it's an mmo (I was excited for Sparc until I realized I could never actually own the game, and it's susceptible to extinction). Sony should not be allowed to disappoint fans ands devs over a mistake regarding a useless rating system. Imagine how many games would be changed or not exist from the 80s, 90s and 00's if console manufacturers had as much control as they do now?
